PurpleGold.org relies on donations to support military families. Because contributions are immediately allocated to programs, donations are generally non‑refundable.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

•     Duplicate donations
•     Processing errors
•     Fraudulent transactions
 

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation.
